Chocolate Shipping

• Shipping Method - You must select Express Service (shipment arrives two Business Days after shipping).
  
  Exceptions - We can reach some locations in only one business day via Standard Service. If you are shipping to one of the following locations, you can select Standard Service.

  Due to fast changing weather conditions, this list can change - we will phone you if you need to modify your shipping service selection. If you are not sure which shipping method to select, call 800-285-1880.
  
  Note - All chocolate orders shipping to Hawaii must ship via Next Day Air service.
  
  
• Shipping Schedule - Orders will usually ship in 1 - 2 business days after you place your order. Chocolate orders will only ship Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday in order to prevent the chocolate from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Please plan your order date accordingly.
  
  
• Packaging - If weather conditions warrant, we will pack your order in an insulated cooler with ice for no additional charge ($10 value).
  
  
• Shipping Destination - You should ship your order to a business location if possible to ensure someone is available to receive the order. If you ship to a residential location, please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and prevent the chocolate from sitting in a warm location.
  
  
• Minimum Order - Chocolate Bars will ship in cases of 24, with a minimum order of 2 cases (48 bars).
  
  Each case contains 24 bars: (2 cases = 48, 3 cases = 72, 4 cases = 96, 5 cases = 120, 6 cases = 144, 7 cases = 168, 8 cases = 196, etc.).
  
  
• Multiple Item Orders - If you are also ordering non-chocolate items, they do not need to ship via Express Service unless you need to receive them within two business days. You should place a separate order for these items and select the appropriate shipping method to save money.
