Seven Steps to Event Success!

  1. Plan Ahead -- We can often ship large gift orders in less than 2 weeks, but it is best to place your order at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. This will help ensure you are able to get the gifts you desire and avoid expedited shipping charges. This provides: (i) one week for us to order any items we do not have in inventory; (ii) one week to prepare and package your gifts; (iii) one week for shipping the gifts to you; (iv) one week buffer. We will work with you to ensure your gift order ships per a schedule which meets your meeting logistics.

  2. Set a Budget -- Establish a budget - both per gift and total, including tax and shipping. We can bulk ship to your office, home, or event location. We can also direct ship each gift to the individual recipients. Note it is less expensive to bulk ship all gifts to one location.

  3. Generate Gift Ideas -- Review our standard gift offerings for ideas. Review the Custom Gift Lists for each city to identify all of the items available

  4. Review Event Logistics – The location of your event and the attendees should influence your selection. For example, if the recipients need to travel via plane, plan for smaller gifts containing non-breakable / lighter items (unless you plan to ship the gift home for the recipient). If the gift is designed for sharing with a group, plan for large food items to share.

  5. Additional Customization Options – Do you want to add any of your own items. For example, a shirt, coffee mug, or other item(s) with your organizations name / logo. Or a letter, business card, map, or itinerary? Let us know so we can adjust the size of the gift packaging. You can add these items yourself, or you can ship the items to us.

  6. Send Us Your Inquiry -- To receive a proposal for custom gifts, submit the Custom Gift Inquiry Form.

  7. Place Your Order – When you are ready to place your order, call us at 800-285-1880. Then relax, knowing one important task for your event is in good hands.
